TENDU!
This week in dance fun we are learning TENDU! It means "TO STRETCH".
It teaches us to balance on one leg while we point with the other...it can be tricky, but fun! We slide our toes along the floor ant point them nice long. My Teacher says, "Tendu to the front and point, point, point. Close in First & Demi Plie!"...Now you be the dancer and I'll be the teacher and show you how! We can even try it to the side and the back with practice!
